Kathleen C. Whitman earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law while working as a paralegal for Robert A. Canfield. She received her B.A. in 2005 from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she majored in English with a minor in Religious Studies. Ms. Whitman graduated from The Governor’s School for Government and International Studies (now Maggie L. Walker). She practices in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, estate planning, collections, civil litigation, and contract law and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
